Description
Tillandsia are airplants which grow without the need for media or soil. These are cultivated to adorn many spaces without the need for extra media or pottery. Of the 500 some species, tillandsia are ephiphytic, meaning they grow upwards, latched onto bark or other plants. Bright, filtered, indirect light is sufficient for your tillandsia as direct rays can burn the foliage. You may mist 1-2x weekly or dunk and allow to airdry upside down to prevent rot.
These are an assorted variety of airplanes which may include 3-5” Juncea, Brachycaulos, Fasciculata, Melanocrater, Bulbosa, Abdita, Caput, Ionantha, Baileyii, Scaposa, Argenta etc. depending on current availability in-store. Pictured are several available styles per size option.
Pictured in hanging glass globes, also available for an additional $5 per globe with your airplant purchase when available.
